HI Series floor-standing IP65 LiFePO4 battery, 14.3–16.1 kWh
A 900 mm wide, 175 mm deep slab of a battery — IP65, 200 A BMS, and low enough to slide under a window or stand against an outside wall.

A battery shaped like a wall panel
The HI is 900 mm wide and 175 mm deep. That shape is unusual for a floor-standing battery, and it exists for one reason: to fit where a conventional cabinet cannot — under a window, along a corridor wall, behind a door, or against the outside of a house where the inverter already is.
The cells sit in a single plane with the BMS and terminals at one end. That layout is why the enclosure can be sealed to IP65 without a fan: there is no internal air path to filter.
IP65 in practice
The rating is dust-tight and protected against water jets, which covers rain on a sheltered wall, hose-down cleaning in a workshop, and the salt haze of a coastal site. It does not cover immersion, and it does not cover direct sun: a black enclosure in August will exceed the 45 °C charge limit and the BMS will refuse to charge until it cools.
Mount it on a 100 mm plinth, face it away from the afternoon sun, and bring the DC cable in through the bottom gland so water runs away from the entry.
200 A at 51.2 V
The 200 A BMS puts the HI in the 10 kW inverter class. For a whole-house system with a heat pump that is the right pairing: 16 kWh of storage and a 10 kW inverter covers the evening peak and the morning recovery without generator support.
Key Features
- IP65 protection rating — dust-tight and hose-proof
- 51.2 V, 280 and 314 Ah — 14.3 and 16.1 kWh
- 200 A BMS, suitable for 10 kW-class inverters
- Only 175 mm deep, 900 mm wide — slides into narrow spaces
- Floor-standing with wall anchor points
- 8,000 cycles, 5-year warranty, 10+ year design life
- Smart BMS with all-round protection for unattended sites
- CAN and RS485 communication with hybrid inverters
Applications
Outdoor solar installations
IP65 means it can stand against an outside wall under an eave, avoiding a cable run back into the house.
Dusty or wash-down environments
Agricultural sheds, workshops and coastal sites where a vented indoor cabinet would fill with dust or salt.
Narrow plant rooms
175 mm deep and 900 mm wide — under a window, along a corridor, behind a door.
