Portable & Mobile Battery Storage Systems
Portable storage is bought for a job, not for a datasheet. What decides the purchase is how it moves, how loud it is, and whether the output will start the equipment the customer already owns.
Design is driven by movement, not by capacity
A stationary system is designed around energy. A portable system is designed around mass and handling. A 5 kWh LiFePO4 pack is roughly 45 kg of cells before enclosure, inverter and wheels — light enough for two people, heavy enough that nobody will move it twice.
So the first question is not "how much capacity" but "how does it get to site": carried by one person, wheeled, forklifted, or wheeled onto a trailer. That answer determines the enclosure, the handle design and the crash-worthiness of the module mounting, and it constrains everything else.
The output question
Customers compare watt-hours and then discover their tool will not start. A portable system's inverter has a surge rating that lasts a defined time — often 1–2 seconds. A compressor, a pump or a welder can pull three to six times its running watts for longer than that.
Specify the load's starting current, not just its running watts. If the customer is powering tools on site, a 2 kWh system with a 3 kW surge inverter is worth more to them than a 4 kWh system that trips.
Configurations we build
| Model | Capacity | Output | Form factor | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PS-2 | 2.0 kWh | 2 kW / 4 kW surge | Case with handle | Field service, events |
| PS-5 | 5.1 kWh | 3 kW / 6 kW surge | Trolley, wheels | Site power, mobile office |
| PS-10 | 10.2 kWh | 5 kW / 10 kW surge | Trolley, wheels | Extended off-grid, standby |
| PS-20 | 20.5 kWh | 8 kW / 16 kW surge | Trailer or cart | Construction, temporary supply |
All models include MPPT solar input, a pure sine wave inverter, USB and AC outlets, and an LCD showing state of charge and load. Field-replaceable modules keep a failed unit repairable rather than disposable — which matters for fleet buyers.
Available models2 series
