Before you write
A quotation is only as good as the load information behind it. The five details below are what turn a generic price into a configuration you can actually install:
- Load list — each device with its kVA or kW rating, plus which ones surge on startup (motors, compressors, pumps, laser printers).
- Backup time — how many minutes the load must survive, at full load or at a reduced essential load.
- Voltage and phase — input and output, single or three-phase, and whether the supply is a stable grid or a generator.
- Environment — ambient temperature, altitude, dust and humidity, which derate equipment and shorten battery life.
- Integration — whether the site needs SNMP, Modbus, dry contacts or cloud monitoring.

FAQ
Should I choose lithium or lead-acid for the battery?
Lithium (LiFePO4) wins on space, cycle life and maintenance — roughly one-third the volume of lead-acid in the same application and 1,200+ cycles against 200–400, with no watering or gassing. Lead-acid stays competitive on upfront cost and where an existing battery bank has to be matched exactly. Our LD48V packs and NP-series VRLA batteries cover both routes.
How much backup time can I get?
Runtime is set by the battery, not the UPS — the same unit can give five minutes or several hours depending on how much capacity is fitted. Tell us the load in kVA or kW and the minutes you need, and we will size the bank. External battery configurations can be extended later if the requirement grows.
Which output voltages and frequencies do you build?
100V, 110V, 120V and 127V for Japan and the Americas; 220V, 230V and 240V for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Both 50Hz and 60Hz are available — confirm the frequency for your market when you order, since it is set per model rather than switched in the field.
What is the difference between an online and an offline UPS?
An online (double-conversion) UPS rebuilds the waveform continuously, so the load never sees the input — this is what data centers, medical equipment and industrial controls need. An offline UPS passes the mains through and switches to battery on failure, with AVR handling brownouts; it costs less and suits office, retail and home loads.
When would I use a rack inverter instead of a UPS?
When the site already has a DC bus rather than an AC supply — telecom shelters and electric-power cabinets typically run on 24V, 48V, 110V or 220V DC and need clean AC for transmission and monitoring equipment. That is what the HT-series rack inverters do: DC 24–240V in, AC 220/230V out, online design with AC-DC isolation.
Do you sell single units, or only in volume?
Both. Sample and evaluation units are available before a volume order, and that is how most OEM/ODM projects start. Volume pricing applies once the configuration is confirmed.
What is the production lead time?
Typically 15–30 days, depending on how far the configuration deviates from a standard platform and on the order quantity. The lead time is confirmed in your quotation rather than quoted as a range after the order.
What warranty comes with the equipment?
Warranty terms are confirmed in your quotation, because they depend on the platform and the battery configuration selected. Ask for the warranty statement with your quotation so the terms are on record before the order is placed.
Is there technical support after delivery?
Yes. Our Hong Kong office handles international sales, documentation and logistics, and after-sales technical support runs through the same engineering team that configured the system. More than 200 service points operate across China for reference and spare parts.
What do you need from me to quote quickly?
Load profile (device list with kVA or kW, including startup surges), required backup runtime in minutes, input and output voltage, single or three-phase, target market, and any monitoring or protocol requirement. Send that and you get a configuration, not a catalogue link.
