EU-A Single-Phase Inverter

One model, specified properly: 7.2 kW single-phase, two MPPTs, IP66 — for the outside wall where the meter already is.

In the European residential market the inverter usually lives outside, next to the meter cabinet, because that is where the grid connection is. That single fact drives the specification: IP66, a sealed enclosure, and cable entries that survive a decade of weather.

The EU-A is a single 7.2 kW model with two MPPT channels and 160 A of charge current. Two trackers matter on the roofs that actually get built — east/west, or main roof plus garage — where a single tracker would lose the mismatch.

The six time windows are the feature customers use most after installation: charge at the cheap tariff, discharge into the evening, switch the heat pump on when PV is surplus.

EU-A Single-Phase Inverter — frequently asked questions

What is the maximum PV input?
10.5 kW across two MPPT channels, which suits a 7–8 kWp array with a little oversizing for winter.
Can it be grid-tied and off-grid?
Yes — grid-tied with backup output, and it can run off-grid with a generator on the generator input.
How many units in parallel?
Up to 6, which covers 43 kW on a single-phase supply for a small commercial site.
