What to include in your enquiry
To quote accurately and quickly, include:
- Capacity — kVA or kW of the load to protect
- Backup runtime — minutes or hours required at load
- Input voltage / phase — e.g. 230V 1-phase, 380V 3-phase
- Output voltage — e.g. 230V, 110V, 120V (see our 100V/110V/120V line for low-voltage markets)
- Battery preference — LiFePO4 or VRLA (we recommend by duty cycle)
- Application / environment — data center, telecom, marine, medical, industrial…
- Quantity and destination country

Standard configurations ship in 15–30 days depending on customization. Sample units are available for evaluation projects — mention "sample" in your enquiry.
