Power Solutions by Industry
The same factory builds 500VA rack units and 600kVA three-phase systems — what changes between industries is which platform fits the site, the load and the grid. Below is how we match our product lines to each application.
Data centers and IT
Server rooms and edge sites need clean, uninterrupted power — and, once there are more than a handful of them, remote visibility matters as much as the power itself.
- ET series lithium battery UPS (1–10kVA) — online double conversion with built-in LiFePO4, so one rack unit replaces a UPS plus a separate battery cabinet on the floor.
- C and H series online UPS (1–10kVA) — high-frequency double conversion with an optional isolation transformer for sites with noisy or unbalanced loads.
- Cloud monitoring card — SNMP, Modbus and cloud alerts turn every unit into a managed asset, with email and SMS notification for unmanned sites.
Typical configuration: 6–10kVA online UPS per rack row, 15–30 minutes runtime at full load, SNMP card, 220–240V output (110–120V for North America and Japan).
Power and substations
Substations, generating stations and plant DC systems run on 110VDC / 220VDC battery banks. What the equipment has to survive is not a tidy office supply but wide input swings, lightning and long cable runs.
- HT series rack inverters — DC 24 / 48 / 110 / 220 / 240V to AC 220 / 230V, online design with AC-DC isolation and DSP control.
- EX33 and 33ET series — three-phase and power-frequency UPS from 6kVA to 600kVA with high overload capacity and isolation-transformer options.
- LD48V LiFePO4 packs — 48V rack packs with integrated BMS, replacing lead-acid in the same footprint with roughly one-third the volume.
Typical configuration: DC-bus inverter per cabinet plus a power-frequency UPS for the control room, with the battery bank sized to the utility's autonomy requirement.
Telecom and communication
Base stations, roadside cabinets and remote shelters are usually unattended, which shifts the requirement from "clean power" to "power that survives being ignored".
- HT series inverters — designed specifically for electric-power and telecom cabinets, converting the site's DC bus into clean AC for transmission and monitoring equipment.
- ET series lithium UPS — sealed LiFePO4 with no watering or gassing, which is what makes an unattended shelter practical.
- NP series VRLA batteries (12V 7–250Ah) — where the existing plant is lead-acid and you are replacing like for like.
- Wide input range (110–300VAC) with generator compatibility — the standard defence against unstable rural grids.
Industrial and manufacturing
Factories, mining sites, steel mills and chemical plants put UPS through conditions an office never sees: heavy inductive loads, dust, heat, corrosion and frequent switching.
- EX33, GX and 33ET series — power-frequency and three-phase platforms from 6kVA to 600kVA, built for high overload capacity and strong anti-interference performance.
- Lightning protection and isolation transformers available as standard options on the industrial range.
- Battery replacement — LiFePO4 rack packs or classic VRLA, depending on whether you want the new chemistry or a drop-in match for an existing bank.
Commercial and residential
Offices, clinics, retail units, small workshops and homes that need the lights to stay on — but do not need a data-center budget.
- MT series offline UPS (500–2000VA) — AVR stabilization against brownouts, at a price that suits rollout across many locations.
- LT series — the same platform with built-in lithium, so there is no separate battery to buy and replace every few years.
- D series (1–3kVA) — where the site itself is a 100V or 110V market.
Marine and medical
Vessels and medical equipment rarely run on 220V, and imported machinery keeps its native voltage even after installation. A step-down transformer is a workaround; a UPS built for the voltage is the answer.
- D series low-voltage UPS (1–3kVA) — native 100V / 110V / 120V / 127V output, no conversion stage to lose efficiency in.
- Wide input range — accommodates shore power and onboard generators that are rarely as clean as a landline.
- Sealed lithium batteries — no gassing, so the unit can sit in a cabin or a clinic room.
Selection guide
Sizing a system comes down to five questions. Answer these and the platform picks itself:
- Load — list every device with its kVA or kW rating, and note which ones have a startup surge (motors, compressors, laser printers).
- Runtime — how many minutes must the load survive? This sizes the battery, not the UPS.
- Voltage and phase — input and output voltage, single or three-phase, and whether the grid is stable or generator-fed.
- Environment — ambient temperature, altitude, dust, humidity and corrosion all derate a UPS and shorten battery life.
- Monitoring and integration — does the site need SNMP, Modbus, dry contacts or cloud alerts?
| Load range | Platform | Typical site |
|---|---|---|
| 500VA – 2kVA | MT / LT series | Office, retail, home, clinic |
| 1 – 3kVA | D series | 100V / 110V / 120V markets |
| 1 – 10kVA | ET / C / H series | Rack row, IT room, edge site |
| 6 – 600kVA | EX33 / 33ET / GX | Substation, plant, infrastructure |
| DC 24 – 240V | H / HT inverters | Telecom and power cabinets |
| 48V / 12V | LD48V / NP batteries | Battery bank or replacement |
