Certifications and test reports

Certificates and test reports are supplied with your quotation on request. Where a certificate carries a reference number, that number is the one your compliance team can check — which is why we publish it here rather than describing the certification in prose.

How we control quality

• Cells — new-production Class A LiFePO4 cells only. Never second-life or re-wrapped cells, which is the single most common way a cheap lithium UPS fails early.
• Platforms — DSP-controlled designs with comprehensive protection, rather than analogue control boards.
• Testing — 100% production-line testing on every unit before packing, not batch sampling.
• Management system — production runs under ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management.
• Traceability — test records and production documentation can be provided with the shipment.

Because the product lines are built on our own Shenzhen lines rather than sourced from anonymous upstream factories, a quality problem is something we can investigate to root cause instead of forwarding to a supplier.

Shipping documents

Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, and the paperwork is not optional. For battery packs such as the LD48V series we provide:

• UN38.3 test report — the transport test every lithium cell and pack must pass before it can fly or sail.
• MSDS — the material safety data sheet your forwarder will ask for.
• Sea-transport report — the additional document required for ocean freight of lithium batteries.

These are issued with the quotation or before dispatch, not after the forwarder rejects the booking. If your market requires a specific national approval, tell us at inquiry stage — see the OEM/ODM process for how projects with certification requirements are handled.
