Who we are

HighIdea Power Supply System is the manufacturing brand of Shenzhen Youwei Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Our production and R&D base sits in the Guangming District industrial zone in Shenzhen, China. From there we design and produce:

• Lithium battery UPS systems (ET series, 1–10kVA) with built-in or external LiFePO4
• High-frequency online and offline UPS (C / H / MT / LT series, 500VA–10kVA)
• Low-voltage UPS for 100V/110V/120V/127V markets (D series)
• Industrial and three-phase UPS (EX33 / 33ET / GX series, up to 600kVA)
• DC-AC rack inverters for power and telecom (H / HT series)
• VRLA batteries (NP series) for classic lead-acid UPS configurations
• LiFePO4 battery packs from 12 V to 800 V — drop-in 12 V and 24 V replacements, 48 V UPS and solar platforms, and high-voltage series stacks with master-slave BMS
• Energy storage systems — residential 5–30 kWh wall and stack batteries, commercial cabinets from 100 kWh, and containerised BESS
• Rack and cabinet battery systems and portable power stations for integrators and field use

• Engineering depth — more than 50 R&D engineers work on site, 80% holding a bachelor's degree or above and 10% holding senior technical titles.
• Service reach — over 200 after-sales service points across China, with sales and service centres in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Wuhan and Nanchang. Our Hong Kong office in Tuen Mun handles international sales, documentation and logistics.
• Standing — the company is recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise in China.

Certificates and test reports are supplied with quotations on request. UN38.3, MSDS and the sea-transport report are the documents freight forwarders require before accepting lithium battery shipments — having them ready removes the usual delay between order and dispatch.

What factory-direct means for you

Every product line is manufactured on our own production lines — not sourced from anonymous upstream factories. For buyers that means:

• Engineering dialogue: you talk to the people who design and build the units, not a reseller reading a datasheet.
• Customization: battery capacity, backup runtime, input/output voltage, form factor, communication protocols (SNMP, Modbus, dry contacts), enclosure color and private-label branding.
• Quality control: new-production Class A LiFePO4 cells (never second-life), 100% production-line testing, and DSP-controlled platforms with comprehensive protection.
• Pricing: factory-direct quotations without trading-company margins.

Where we ship

Our systems serve data centers, telecom operators, marine and medical equipment, industrial plants, mining sites and infrastructure projects. Units are in service in Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Finland, the United Kingdom, France, the United States, Japan, South Korea and Brazil, alongside the wider Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa. Output versions cover 100V, 110V, 120V, 127V, 220V, 230V and 240V markets.

OEM / ODM process

1. Requirement review — you send the load profile, runtime target, voltages and target market.
2. Configuration proposal — our engineers recommend platform, battery and options.
3. Sample — prototype or sample unit for evaluation, with the sample lead time confirmed in your quotation.
4. Production — scheduled production with QC reports.
5. Delivery & support — export documentation, warranty and after-sales technical support.
