LP24-100 24 V 100 Ah LiFePO4 battery pack
The 24 V entry point — same cells as the 12 V platform, half the current for the same power, and an enclosure that fits the standard 24 V group size.

Why 24 V, and when to stop considering 12 V
Current, not voltage, is what damages packs and cabling. A 2,000 W load draws about 160 A from a 12 V system and about 80 A from a 24 V system. The 24 V version halves the I²R loss in the busbar, halves the heat inside the enclosure, and allows a thinner cable.
The practical rule: once a 12 V application needs more than roughly 1,500 W continuous, move to 24 V rather than specifying a larger 12 V BMS.
Matching the BMS to the machine
Most failures in this class come from the peak current, not the continuous. A motor that draws 70 A steadily on the flat can pull 250 A for three seconds when starting on a gradient.
Give us the start-up current and its duration. If it exceeds the 200 A / 10 s peak on this pack, we will specify a higher-rated BMS rather than let the machine trip — the cost difference is small and the alternative is a warranty claim plus a customer who has lost confidence in the equipment.
Key Features
- 25.6 V nominal, 100 Ah rated, 2,560 Wh rated energy
- 100 A continuous discharge, 200 A peak for 10 seconds
- 2,560 W continuous output — enough for a 2,000 W 24 V inverter with headroom
- Half the discharge current of a 12 V pack at the same power, so less heat in the busbar
- Around 22 kg, roughly one third of the equivalent lead-acid capacity
- 3,000–6,000 cycle rating depending on depth of discharge

Applications
Mobility and accessibility equipment
Powers scooters, wheelchairs and stair lifts where the drive pulls a sustained 60–90 A on gradients and needs a peak that does not trip the BMS.
24 V inverter bank
Runs a 2,000–2,500 W 24 V inverter for tools, lighting and small appliances.
Light industrial machinery
Floor machines, lifts and cleaning equipment where the pack is charged daily on a shift pattern.
