Carried, not wheeled
The design question for a portable system is how it moves. At 28 kg this unit is intended for two-person carry or a trolley kit, which sets its practical limit: it is moved to a site and left there, rather than being repositioned repeatedly through a day.
If the requirement involves moving the unit several times a day, the wheeled 5 kWh model is the better answer regardless of the load.
Match the surge to the load
The 4 kW surge lasts two seconds. A tool needing 5 kW for four seconds will not start even though its running power may only be 1.2 kW.
This is the single most common disappointment with any portable system, and it is entirely avoidable: tell us what you intend to run and we will confirm before you order rather than after.
