The largest single-phase model

Twelve kilowatts on one phase is a lot of current — 52 A at 230 V. That is the number to check first, because it decides whether the service entrance, the meter and the internal wiring can carry the inverter at full output. In most houses the answer is "yes, with export limiting", and the inverter is configured to hold import and export under the service rating.

With 15.6 kW of PV input, the EU-D is sized for a large array: a big roof, a ground mount, or a combination. The battery stays at 48 V, which keeps it in the same ecosystem as the rest of the range.

Commercial features in a residential box

ATS, CT sensing and load management are usually commercial features. Here they come as standard, because a 12 kW single-phase installation is usually a small business — a guesthouse, a clinic, a workshop — where the load has to be managed rather than assumed.

The six charge windows with cut-off thresholds let the site follow a commercial tariff: charge at night, hold through the morning, discharge into the afternoon peak, keep a reserve for backup.

Generators and bypass

Diesel generator compatibility plus mains bypass means the site can run from grid, battery or generator, in that order of preference, with the generator as the last resort rather than the default.
