GD304 Series 3–4 kW Draw-Bar Power Stations

Solar-first mobile power: a 3–4 kW inverter, 4–5.9 kWh of storage and a high-voltage MPPT in one wheeled case.

High-voltage MPPT is what separates this class from a consumer solar generator. With PV 65–450 V and up to 4 kW of solar, a site can be powered from a normal series string rather than a special low-voltage panel set. The IP54 draw-bar case, 16 A industrial outlet and 10 ms transfer make it a practical substitute for a small generator on jobs where noise and fuel are unwelcome.

All models in this sub-category are listed with their specification table on the GD304 Series product page.

Models with links have detailed specification pages; unlisted models are also available on request. Capacity and quantity should be sized by our engineers against the actual load — never by nameplate rating alone.

GD304 Series 3–4 kW Draw-Bar Power Stations — frequently asked questions

Can I connect solar panels directly?
Yes. The MPPT accepts PV 65–450 V and up to 3000 W on the GD304 or 4000 W on the GD406. Design the string so cold-weather open-circuit voltage stays below 450 V.
Is it a UPS?
It provides a 10 ms transfer, which protects IT and instrumentation loads. It is not a zero-break online UPS.
What is the difference between GD304, GD305, GD306, GD405 and GD406?
They are capacity and inverter-output variants of the same IP54 draw-bar chassis. The catalogue gives full data for GD304 and GD406; ask for the model datasheet for the other three.
