ET2KRS Lithium Battery UPS Application Case for Hong Kong CCTV Te

I. Project Overview

This project serves a Hong Kong client engaged in television media operation, targeting the CCTV television studio and on-site shooting equipment continuous power supply demands. To solve core problems such as screen flicker, signal interruption, program recording failure and data loss caused by mains power fluctuation, instantaneous power failure and voltage instability during television equipment operation, the project adopts the ET2RKS UPS host matched with a 48V 50AH lithium iron phosphate battery pack. The system provides 24-hour stable uninterruptible power supply for TV shooting equipment, live broadcast terminals, signal transmission devices and studio supporting equipment, effectively ensuring the continuity, stability and safety of TV program shooting, live broadcasting and post-collection work.

II. Core Equipment Configuration

In view of the high precision, high stability and low interference power supply requirements of professional TV media equipment, the project is equipped with a dedicated low-noise and high-stability lithium battery UPS power supply system, with standardized and reliable overall configuration:

Power Supply Host: The E2KS-48 professional UPS host adopts high-frequency online working mode, outputs pure sine wave power with ultra-low harmonic distortion, which fully meets the power supply standards of high-precision TV media equipment. It realizes zero-delay switching during mains power failure, effectively suppresses grid fluctuation and electrical noise, avoids video signal distortion, audio noise and equipment restart failure, and ensures zero interruption of TV live broadcast and recording work.
Energy Storage Battery: Equipped with a48V 50AH high-density lithium iron phosphate battery pack, it features stable discharge performance, long cycle life and high safety. The built-in intelligent BMS battery management system achieves comprehensive protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit and overheating. It supports long-term standby and frequent charge-discharge working conditions of TV equipment, with stable output voltage and no power drop, ensuring continuous and reliable power supply for media equipment in emergency power failure scenarios.

III. Application Advantages of the Solution

High Precision Power Supply, Adaptable to Media Scenarios: The E2KS-48 UPS system is tailored for professional TV and media equipment, with ultra-stable voltage and frequency output and low electromagnetic interference. It will not affect the signal transmission and image quality of CCTV shooting and live broadcast equipment, perfectly adapting to studio fixed installation and mobile shooting power supply scenarios.
Zero Interruption Power Switching, Avoiding Program Loss: The system supports seamless switching between mains power and battery power supply. In case of sudden power failure, voltage surge or grid fluctuation, it can instantly take over the power supply, effectively preventing live broadcast interruption, video file damage, shooting data loss and other major losses, and guaranteeing the smooth progress of media shooting and live broadcast tasks.
Safe and Stable, Long Service Life: The 50AH lithium iron phosphate battery pack has excellent safety and stability, with no risk of combustion and explosion during long-term indoor operation. It has a long cycle service life and low attenuation, which can meet the long-term continuous operation needs of TV stations, greatly reducing equipment maintenance and replacement costs, and improving the stability of the overall power supply system.
Compact and Low Noise, Suitable for Studio Environment: The whole set of equipment has a compact structure, small floor space and low operating noise, which is in line with the quiet and high-standard operation environment of TV studios. It is easy to install and deploy, whether it is fixed power supply for studio equipment or mobile power supply for outdoor shooting, it can achieve perfect adaptation.
