The HTB 1-12kVA is a standby power-frequency inverter developed for communication, railway and power systems, and for sites that need a dependable sine-wave supply from a low-voltage DC battery bank. It accepts 12 / 24 / 36 / 48 / 60 / 72VDC and delivers 220Vac pure sine output.
Design notes
Output is a pure sine wave cleaner than the utility supply, with no harmonic interference to sensitive loads. Transfer takes under 8 ms. Efficiency exceeds 99 % on mains and 92 % at half load, while eco-mode idle draw is only 8 W — useful on sites that sit on standby for long periods. Intelligent CPU control, a modular layout and an LED/LCD panel showing live parameters and fault codes keep service straightforward, and a temperature-controlled fan extends component life.
The platform has strong surge capability for motor and compressor loads, supports long-term high-load operation, and includes three-stage smart charging compatible with lead-acid, lithium and solid-state batteries plus mains-assist operation. Low-voltage, over-voltage, short-circuit, over-temperature and battery protections are built in.
Configuration
Specify the DC bank voltage, the load kVA/kW and starting surge, battery chemistry and capacity, and the required autonomy. For high-voltage 110 / 220 / 240VDC station buses see the HB 5/10k; for zero-transfer loads see the Online DC-AC Inverters.
