EPS-D Series Rolling Door UPS, 600 W-6 kW
Emergency power built for a motor, not a server: pure sine wave output, high motor-starting capacity and an integrated battery pack that keeps a rolling shutter, garage door or industrial gate working through a mains failure.

A rolling door that cannot open is a blocked loading bay, a locked shopfront or a trapped vehicle. The EPS-D series is an emergency power supply built specifically around that problem: a pure sine wave inverter, built-in batteries and microprocessor control in a compact steel enclosure, with enough short-term overload capacity to start a motor rather than just keep a router alive.
Where it fits
Use it on roller shutters and garage doors, tubular and translation-door motors, high-speed fast doors, retractable expansion gates, industrial sliding gates and flap-gate motors — the loads a general IT UPS is not designed to start. Single-phase 6D/7D/12D/20D wall-mount units suit individual doors and small premises; the 30D/50D three-phase cabinets serve door banks in factories, logistics centres and multi-bay car parks. Boost and buck AVR plus a wide input window (160-270 Vac single phase, 330-415 Vac three phase) keep it working on the unstable supplies common at these sites.
Sizing and selection
Start with the motor's rated power and starting current, not the door width. The catalogue maps the family to door classes from 0.6 T to 3 T and lists two output-power rows per model — continuous rated output (600-5000 W) and short-term motor-starting output (800-6000 W). Size against the starting figure with margin, and treat the peak figure as a surge rating, not a continuous one. Then decide how many full open/close cycles the site needs during an outage; the built-in battery strings run from 7 Ah x 2 on the 6D to 12 Ah x 8 on the 50D, and we size the pack against that cycle count.
Output voltage and phase are factory builds. Confirm 220 Vac single phase or 380 Vac three phase against the site supply before ordering — a 110 V version or a different plug is an OEM configuration, not a switch on the back of the unit. MOQ, lead time and private-label options are confirmed at quotation.

Applications
Roller shutters and garage doors
A stalled shutter is a locked entrance. The 6D to 20D wall-mount units keep homes, shops and loading bays operable during an outage.
High-speed and industrial doors
Fast doors, sectional doors and sliding gates draw a heavy inrush on every start; the motor-starting rating and surge protection are sized around that duty.
Three-phase door groups
EPS 30D and 50D cabinets supply 380 Vac three-phase door banks in factories, logistics centres and large parking structures.
Unattended sites with poor mains
Boost/buck AVR, wide 160-270 Vac or 330-415 Vac input window and automatic charging suit plant rooms and remote gates where nobody checks the supply.
